Call for Papers
We invite original, unpublished research contributions — both full papers and poster abstracts — across nine major interdisciplinary AI domains. Authors may present their accepted work either in-person in Konya or online.
Submit your papers through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) using the button above. The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the abstract submission process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses.
Submission & Presentation Guidelines
Full & Short Papers (Oral Presentation — In-Person or Online)
For the initial submission (deadline: September 15, 2026), authors submit an abstract (300–500 words) or extended abstract (1–2 pages) via Microsoft CMT. Accepted papers can be presented either in-person at the venue in Konya or online via virtual conference sessions. Authors wishing to publish full-text papers (6–8 pages for full papers, 4 pages for short papers) must submit their final manuscripts by November 30, 2026, for post-conference proceedings.
Poster Abstracts (Poster Presentation — In-Person or Online)
Extended abstracts of 1–2 pages may be submitted for poster presentation. Poster presentations can be delivered on-site or through dedicated virtual poster sessions. Accepted poster abstracts will be published in the official conference abstract book.
Undergraduate Research Projects
Bachelor's degree students are invited to submit their research projects for the dedicated Undergraduate Student Session (1–2 page extended abstract). Accepted student contributions can be presented in-person or online, and will be included in the abstract book. Participation is free of charge.
Abstract Submission Notice
Currently, only abstract submissions are accepted for our conference. Our conference is conducted in a hybrid format (both in-person and online). Accepted papers may be presented in-person or online based on author preference. Abstract texts are written and submitted directly online through Microsoft CMT. There is no need to upload an external paper template during the initial submission stage.
