Registration Policy
Registration for ICAAD 2026 is completely free of charge for all accepted authors, presenters, undergraduate sessions, and general academic attendees. While there is no fee, registration is mandatory for attendance, certificates, and abstract publication. Registrations are personal, and if you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you notify the organizers in advance.
Program Changes & Cancellations
Because the conference is free of charge, no billing, transaction fees, or refund policies apply. In the event that you must cancel your presentation or attendance, please contact the organizing committee as soon as possible to ensure program accuracy. The organizers reserve the right to adjust session schedules, speakers, or venue logistics where unforeseen circumstances arise.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the conference sessions and venue. icaad@selcuk.edu.tr.
