Q.Which publisher will publish the conference proceedings?
Conference proceedings will be published as an official abstract book (proceedings) by Selçuk University Press (S.Ü. Yayınevi).
Q.Will the conference proceedings book have an ISBN?
Yes. An official ISBN number will be assigned to the conference proceedings book published by Selçuk University Press.
Q.Will the proceedings book be assigned a DOI?
Yes. Books published by Selçuk University Press are assigned a DOI as standard practice.
Q.Will an individual DOI be assigned to each paper in the proceedings?
No. Individual DOIs will not be assigned to separate papers. The DOI will be assigned to the overall conference proceedings book.
Q.Will the proceedings be published by external publishers such as IEEE or Springer?
No. The proceedings book will be published by Selçuk University Press.
Q.Will the proceedings be indexed in Scopus or similar international databases?
No. There are currently no plans for indexing the proceedings in Scopus or similar international indexing databases.
Q.Will selected papers be invited to any designated journals?
No. At this stage, there are no designated journals for paper invitations.
Q.When will the publication process of the proceedings book be completed?
The publication process is scheduled to be completed within December 2026.
Q.Is there a submission limit per author?
Yes. There is a limit of a maximum of 2 submissions per author.
Q.Is registration required for abstract presentation?
Yes. For every accepted abstract to be included in the conference program and published in the abstract book, at least one author must register for the conference via the CMT system.
Q.Is participation in the conference free of charge?
Yes. Attendance and participation in the conference are completely free of charge for all delegates; no registration fee is required.
Q.Will there be any separate fees for the proceedings or publication process?
No. No fees are charged for submission, conference participation, or publication in the proceedings book.
Q.Will any additional or hidden fees be requested later?
No. There are no additional, processing, or hidden fees whatsoever.
Q.Is it possible to attend as a listener / non-presenting participant?
Yes. Attendance as an academic listener is welcomed and completely free of charge. The registration system will open soon.
Q.Will airport transfer or shuttle service be provided to the venue?
No. Airport transfers or shuttle services will not be provided by the organization.
Q.Will international participants be supported with visa invitation letters?
Yes. Authors and participants traveling from abroad can request an official visa invitation letter issued by Selçuk University after their submission or participation is confirmed.
